Adobe stock contributor access denied

I have an email adress of 2 different kinds and i didn't ever log into the contributor program in adobe stock before but whenever i try to log into the adobe stock contributor program, they said access denied.\ why? assist me with this issue? or delete my email from here permenelty so i can join contributors program renewly/ please?

Did you check the criteria? Especially the age criteria (18+?). Click the learn more link! If that does not help, post the link here, so that we can check what it says.
