Adobe Stock Contributor access denied due to Service Eligibility Requirements

Hello, I am trying to become an Adobe Stock Contributor, but I cannot access the Contributor portal.

Whenever I try to access Adobe Stock Contributor, I receive this exact message:

“Sorry, your access has been denied. You are ineligible to use this product or service due to the Service Eligibility Requirements.”

I am now 18 years old. I can sign in to my Adobe account normally, and I can also access Adobe Stock as a regular user. However, I cannot access the Contributor portal.

I have tried signing in using my Adobe password, email verification code, and Google, but I receive the same access-denied message every time.

I also checked my Adobe account profile and privacy settings, but I cannot find anywhere to view or verify my date of birth.

I found another Adobe Community post with the same error, where it was suggested that if someone is over 18 but may have an incorrect date of birth associated with their Adobe ID, they should contact Adobe Customer Care.

Could someone please advise me how I can check whether my date of birth/age information is correct on my Adobe ID, and how I can get it corrected if necessary?

Thank you!

In which country do you reside?

This might be due to a geolocation restriction.

    Here is what Gemin says:

The error message "Sorry, your access has been denied. You are ineligible to use this product or service due to the Service Eligibility Requirements" typically indicates that Adobe's authentication system or contributor compliance system has restricted your login access.

    Primary Causes

    1. Age Requirement Misconfiguration

      • Adobe Stock Contributor requires all account holders to be at least 18 years of age. If your main Adobe ID profile (account.adobe.com) has an missing, incorrect, or under-18 birthdate, the contributor portal will automatically reject sign-in attempts.

    2. Geographic or VPN/IP Location Restrictions

      • Adobe enforces international compliance laws and restrictions. If you are signing in from a restricted region, or if you are using an active VPN or proxy server whose exit node resolves to a restricted or flagged location, the portal will block access.

    3. Account Status or Automated Flagging

      • If an account is placed under review, suspended, or blocked by Adobe Contributor Relations (due to keyword policy flags, IP conflicts, or administrative compliance reviews), the portal displays this eligibility error instead of the standard dashboard.

    4. Browser Cache or Adobe ID Synchronization Issues

      • Stale session cookies or a temporary glitch during the Adobe ID profile linking phase can cause authentication mismatches.

    Recommended Steps to Resolve

    1. Verify Your Adobe Account Details:

      • Go to account.adobe.com and log in with your primary Adobe ID.

      • Under Account & Security > Account / Profile info, confirm that your country/region is correct and that your date of birth indicates you are over 18.

    2. Disable VPNs and Clear Browser Cache:

      • Turn off any active VPN, proxy, or strict ad-blocker extensions.

      • Open an Incognito/Private window (or switch to a different browser) and attempt to sign in at contributor.stock.adobe.com.

    3. Submit an Inquiry or Appeal to Contributor Support:

      • If your account details are accurate and disabling VPNs does not resolve the issue, your account may require manual review by Adobe's Contributor Relations team.

      • Visit the Adobe Stock Contributor Support page to submit a ticket or contact support directly. State that you are receiving the "Service Eligibility Requirements" error when logging into your contributor dashboard.
