Adobe Stock Contributor Account Deactivated – Appeal Pending for 125 Days

Hello Adobe Stock Community,

My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated, and I submitted an appeal regarding the decision. My case has now been under review for 125 days, since May 8, 2026, and I have not yet received a final decision.

Case ID: 00511411

I understand that these reviews can take time, and I respect the process. However, given the length of time that has passed, I would appreciate any information regarding the status of my case or an estimated timeframe for receiving a final decision.

If anyone from the Adobe Stock team can provide an update or guidance, I would be very grateful.

    • When Stock is ready to contact you, you’ll be notified. Probably not until then.
    • Use this time to work on other things. Enroll in some courses, submit to other services. 
    • There’s nothing anyone here can do to expedite appeal decisions. 
    • The process can several weeks or months, depending on case load.
    • Refrain from making multiple requests for updates. It only hinders the process and generates more open case numbers.

      Adobe employees do not monitor this forum. If you file an appeal, you’ve done everything you can do and you need to continue waiting. Investigations can take months to complete, depending on the number of cases ahead of yours.

      Thank you for explaining. I understand that the forum is peer-to-peer and that I should continue waiting after submitting my appeal.

      My concern is simply the length of the investigation. My appeal has now been pending for 125 days since May 8, 2026. I am not asking to create a new case or interfere with the investigation.

      I would just like to know whether other contributors have experienced a similarly long wait and eventually received a final decision.

      Thank you for any guidance you can provide.

      I’ve seen examples of contributors waiting as long as 6 months. Normally, I would say that any longer than that would be a sign that accounts are closed indefinitely, but there have been dozens of posts about disabled accounts here and elsewhere, so it could be much longer than normal.
