Adobe Stock Contributor account deactivated – appeal pending for over 10 weeks

Hi Adobe Community,

My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated in July 2026. I submitted an appeal to Adobe Contributor Support, and my case number is 00527869.

It has now been over 10 weeks, but I have not received any response or update regarding my appeal. I have already sent follow-ups through the same case email thread.

I would like to know if anyone has experienced a similar situation and how long their Contributor Relations review took.

I would also appreciate any guidance from Adobe staff or experienced contributors about what I should do while waiting for a response.
