Adobe Stock contributor account deactivated due to suspicious activity

Hello everyone,

​I’m reaching out to the community to understand the current processing times for account reviews. My contributor account has been under investigation for Suspicious Activity for over 80 days now.

​I have already submitted my appeal and followed up with the compliance team, but I haven't received a final decision yet. My account is an established one over 2 years old with a portfolio of 3,000+ assets.

​I understand that manual audits are thorough, but is it normal for the review to exceed 11 to 12 weeks?

Has anyone else experienced similar wait times recently, and did you receive a notification once the review was complete?

​I would appreciate any insights from fellow contributors or community managers regarding the current backlog.
