Adobe Stock contributor account deactivated - Need advice please

Hello,

My Adobe Stock contributor account was deactivated 2 months ago. I successfully filled out and submitted the official appeal form, but I never received a Case ID or any automated reply from the system.

Since my account is still deactivated after two months of waiting, I kindly request any Adobe staff member or moderator to help me escalate this issue to the relevant team.

Thank you for your assistance.

I am extremely frustrated with how Adobe is treating contributors.

My account was deactivated without any clear explanation despite following the guidelines and contributing for years. I submitted an appeal and never received a meaningful response. After that, I created a new account, only to have it deactivated again when my earnings reached around $25—once more without a clear reason.

What makes this even more concerning is that several contributors I know have experienced the same issue recently. People are losing accounts they spent years building, yet Adobe provides little to no communication about what happened.

Contributors deserve transparency and fair treatment. If an account is deactivated, Adobe should clearly explain the specific reason, provide evidence when necessary, and offer a genuine review process. Leaving contributors waiting for months without answers is unacceptable.

We invest our time, effort, and creativity into this marketplace. The least Adobe can provide is accountability, transparency, and real responses not silence.

    Hi @Graphic_Nest9611

We are sorry to hear about your account’s deactivation. Unfortunately those of us who monitor this forum are unable to assist you or escalate your concerns, since we are not members of the Adobe staff. When you first contact Adobe about your account’s deactivation an automated email with your ticket number should have been sent to you. If you do not find it in your primary inbox, you need to check your secondary inbox and spam folder for it.

The wait to receive a reply to your correspondents to Adobe from a representative can take several month. Multiple emails will not speed it up. If anything the added e-mails slows the process.

    Regards
    Jacquelin

What was the reason for deactivation? Suspicious activity, IP violation or Content/TERMS violation?

Appeals do not auto generate a reply or case ID.

Assuming you provided all requested information and your appeal contained compelling reasons for reactivation, they’ll let you know. Otherwise, you probably won’t hear anything.

In the meantime, work on other projects. Submit content to other services

    Good luck.

    hey @Graphic_Nest9611

We don’t have access to your account; and, those of us in this forum don’t decide what is going to happen with your account.
Make an appeal and wait. It really is that simple. How long you have to wait… No one really knows. You simply have to wait.

    cheers

    Nate
