Adobe Stock Contributor Account Deactivated – Request for Guidance

Dear Adobe Stock Community,

My Adobe Stock Contributor account has been deactivated.

I would like to know whether it is possible to restore my account.

I am very worried about this situation because my family members and I have invested a significant amount of time, effort, and money into this account together. I really need your help and guidance in this matter. Please help me.

In the email I received from Adobe, I saw that there may have been an issue related to one of the submission guidelines with my submissions. If I made any unintentional mistake, I sincerely apologize for it.

However, my account was unexpectedly deactivated without a specific reason being clearly explained to me. I have carefully reviewed Adobe Stock’s guidelines, and I have never intentionally tried to violate any guideline or misuse Adobe’s system. I also keep records of every file that I have uploaded.

Although I have contacted Adobe by email regarding this matter, I still have not received a clear explanation of why my account was blocked or any clear information about the outcome of my appeal.

Therefore, I would like to ask for your advice and guidance regarding what steps I should take to have my account reinstated and how I can successfully receive the earned royalties/payment remaining in my account.

Please consider my situation and guide me in the right direction.

Thank you very much for your help.

    ============

    That’s a worrisome remark.  😐

Does that mean you’ve been submitting content that you did not personally create yourself?  Sharing individual accounts is not allowed.

If your family members create content for Stock, they must be legal adults with their own log-in accounts, separate tax IDs and verified bank accounts that can accept royalty payments from Adobe.

Unpaid payments can’t be withdrawn from deactivated accounts. You must wait for a favorable decision to your appeals request. If the account is terminated, you forfeit all unpaid payments.

These are the binding TERMS you agreed to when you joined the Contributor program:

    1. https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/content-policies-guidelines/content-policies/content-submission-requirements.html
    2. https://www.adobe.com/go/contributor-agreement

    While you wait:

    • Find other interests or submit to outside services.
    • Appeals requests can take several weeks or months, depending on case load.
    • Refrain from submitting multiple requests for updates. It just slows things down and generates more open case numbers.

    Good luck.

Actually, I want to clarify the situation regarding account usage. I use my account myself, and I am the only one using it.
However, my family members and I all create designs for it and handle the work together; we do not have any other accounts. I am an adult, and I have taught my family members how to create designs. I handle the majority of the design work, while my family assists me. That is the point I wanted to convey. Thank you.

All work submitted must be created by the account holder and ONLY the account holder.

Use the Contact us link, file an appeal, then wait. Investigations can take weeks or months. The royalties earned to date will be frozen until after the investigation is complete and if your account is reactivated. Do not send emails outside of the regular appeals process.
