Adobe Stock Contributor Account Deactivated - Waiting 52 Days for a Response

Hello everyone,

My Adobe Stock contributor account was deactivated, and I submitted the appeal form. I later received Case Number: 00511411.

It has now been 52 days, and although I have sent polite follow-up emails, I have not yet received a final update.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If any Adobe Community Expert or moderator can provide guidance or check whether my case is still under review, I would greatly appreciate it.

Investigations can take weeks or even months, depending on the number of investigations ahead of yours. You have a case number. It’s highly recommended that you do not attempt to contact Adobe again asking for a follow up, as this can create additional case numbers and impede their investigation. You’ve done all you can do at this point.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate the clarification. I have only one case number and have been replying to the same email thread rather than creating new cases. I understand that investigations can take time, so I will wait patiently for the final decision. Thank you
