Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Relations Team,

I am writing to respectfully request a review of my Adobe Stock Contributor account that has been blocked due to a terms violation.

I understand that some of my submitted content may not have fully complied with Adobe Stock submission or Generative AI guidelines. This was unintentional, and I sincerely apologize for the mistake.

I have now carefully reviewed all Adobe Stock Content Submission, Intellectual Property, and Generative AI guidelines. If my account is reinstated, I assure you that I will strictly follow all rules and submit only fully compliant, original content.

I kindly request you to please review my account again and consider reinstating it.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we are unable to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response if you have not already done so. It will most likely be awhile (possibly weeks) before you hear from them, other than a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so can potentially slow down Adobe's investigation.

Submit original work to other services.

Hopefully, you won't repeat the same mistakes a second time.

Good luck.

I suppose you know by now that reading all of the guidelines BEFORE starting to submit stock would have been a good idea. It can take weeks or months for Adobe to complete the review of your account. If there are severe violations, your account could be closed permanently.

Adobe Community Expert | If you aren't submitting your assets in sRGB, you probably didn't read the rules.
