Dear Adobe Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with my Adobe account, which appears to have been deactivated. Regrettably, I inadvertently encountered a validation problem while using my account, resulting in its current unusable state.

I am reaching out to kindly request your assistance in reactivating my account. It is of utmost importance to me to regain access, as I rely on Adobe services for various personal and professional needs.

I sincerely appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and any support you can provide to help restore access to my account. Please let me know if any further information is required from my end to facilitate this process.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

Your account has likely been suspended for potentially violating the Contributor Terms of Use. At this point you should contact Adobe Contributor Support using the link they provided when you attempted to log in. The reply could take a few days, or it could take a few weeks. Make sure to watch spam and other folders, my Adobe emails get filtered to the Promotions tab of my email service.

There may be an investigation that could last several weeks. One user reported the investigation lasted 4 weeks.

Be patient while Adobe works through the process, and be polite with any follow-up correspondence.

The members of the forum aren't employees and we aren't able to help you other than advising you to contact Adobe with the link that's been provided when you log in. Adobe will only communicate with you about this via email. Good luck!

When my account was deactivated without any reason, then I mailed Adobe to know how all this happened, then Adobe says that wrong sales have happened in your account, if any fraud has made the sale then that money is not deducted by Adobe. It did the opposite and allowed the money to be deposited into the account and Adobe could take all the money for itself, Adobe Stock Contributor is the worst mistake of my life

If Adobe detects fraudulent sales activity in a Contributor account, they deduct those sales before payout to the Contributor. Fraudulent sales means that Adobe was never paid for the licensed assets, therefore they have the right to also withhold payment to the Contributor. If they determine that the Contributor was involved in the fraudulent sales activity, they can also choose to permanently block the account. Read the Contributor Agreement which you signed.

We are not Adobe support per se. We are contributors like yourself and can not be of much help with regard to your validation problem. If you were informed of a validation issues\, you should have been provided with a "Contact" link to ask for details as to why your account has been deactivated. . Click that link to create a ticket. Do not send emails. It may take some time for Adobe to get back to you so be patient.

I'm sorry, but your statement makes no sense to me.

Validation problem? Did you enter invalid credentials? This generaly would not lead to an account suspension.

What does your screen show? If you are told to respond via a "contact us" link, then you should do so.

You are not contacting Adobe employees here in this forum. We are, at least most of us, contributors like yourself.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
