I have contacted them many times to contact them but they are not telling me what to do. I understand that there is a problem with my account but they are not helping me.

Hello Adobe Community,

My Adobe Stock Contributor account has been deactivated for over a month. I have already contacted Adobe Support by email, but I have not received any response.

I would like to know why my account was deactivated and how I can resolve this issue. Please guide me on the next steps.

Once you have sent your inquiry, please wait for a response.
This process may take anywhere from a few weeks to several months.
There is nothing you can do while waiting for a reply.
Many similar questions have been posted in the past, so please try searching for them.

You only just received the email on January 21st, so contacting the support team "many times" in less than a week is further clogging the support queue. If you have already used the "Contact Us" link to reach out to them, wait for a reply. Don't badger them multiple times for a response. It takes time for them to review your account and report results.
