My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated on October 2, 2025, at 2:52 PM, with the reason stated as “Deactivated for suspicious activity.”
Since the deactivation date, up to today (December 1, 2025), my account has not been restored.

Immediately after my account was deactivated, I submitted an appeal and also sent multiple emails to Adobe Stock Support. However, I have not received a single reply to any of my messages.

Depending on the severity of violation, it's possible your account may not be restored.

  • Be patient. It may take several weeks for an investigation to conclude.
  • Work on other projects.
  • Submit content to other services.

Good luck.

Do not send multiple emails. Each time you do so, you potentially create another case number, which can severely hinder the progress of the investigation. In any case, we are contributors like yourself and can not be of assistance. You submitted an appeal. All you can do is continue to wait.
