Adobe Stock Contributor files show 404 and missing from search results

Hello,

I am an Adobe Stock Contributor from Indonesia and my sales have drop to 0 since last May until now (although I’ve never had 0 download this year at all before them) recently I noticed that all of my files, even the older ones that were already live, suddenly show a 404 error when I try to preview them. I also tried searching with keywords and even with the file ID for example #1574852996 and #1508589156, but none of my files appear in the public search results.

Could you please confirm if this is a known bug or if my files are under review? I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this, because right now I think my portfolio is not visible to buyers.
