No, Adobe does not claim the need to contribute exclusively to Adobe stock. You can also contribute to other stock service providers and you may use all your assets yourself in any way you like.

as indicated in the Adobe Stock Contributor Agreement Adobe does not claim exclusive rights to your assets. You may submit them elsewhere as long as those other sites do not claim exclusivity.
