Adobe Stock Contributor phone verification blocked for Pakistan +92 — cannot add mobile number, Contributor support form also unreachable

Hello, I am a new Adobe Stock Contributor from Pakistan. My email is verified, but contributor onboarding is blocked at phone verification. When I try to add a Pakistan (+92) mobile number on my Adobe Account profile, it fails every time with: "An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later." Two different +92 numbers were tried; both were parsed correctly as +92 Pakistan, but no SMS code was ever sent. I am asking Adobe Contributor Relations to please enable phone verification for this account, manually verify it, or advise an alternative way to complete contributor onboarding. I have not changed any other account settings and have not filled tax or payout details. Note: the official Contributor Portal support form at contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/contact redirects back to the onboarding phone-verification page, so I cannot submit it there, and the general Adobe chat would not connect me to an advisor because this account has no paid plan. Please advise how to get this support request to the Contributor Relations team. Thank you.
