Adobe Stock Contributor – Phone verification error during registration Копіювати

Hello!I'm trying to register as an Adobe Stock Contributor from Ukraine, but I'm unable to complete phone verification.I enter my Ukrainian mobile phone number (+380) and successfully receive the SMS verification code.However, when I enter the code and click "Confirm", Adobe displays the following error:"An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later."Sometimes the same error appears when I try to add my phone number again.I've already tried repeating the verification process, but the problem persists.I also contacted Adobe Virtual Assistant, but it couldn't connect me with a human support agent because I don't have an active paid Adobe subscription.Could an Adobe representative please help me resolve this issue so I can complete my Contributor registration?Thank you!

Unfortunately, Adobe does not participate in this forum and we all contributors like yourself. Normally, this issue is caused by a geo-location block, which has been affecting a number of potential contributors, but this is the first time Ukraine appears to have been affected, if such is the reason you are experiencing problems.

Has anyone else gotten word that Ukraine is now on the list of blocked locations?
