I'm new here in Adobe Stock, I want to know how I can increase the number of my sales quickly I mean is there some strategy other than optimizing titles and image keywords. Can I share my photos on Pinterest so that people from this platform can visit my Adobe Stock page?

You can share a link to your portfolio on any social media platform you like, however it's unlikely to increase your sales. Most Adobe Stock Subscriptions are held by businesses who use stock images in their designs, in advertising, catalogs, billboards, etc. and they're unlikely to be looking for stock images on social media.
There is no shortcut to achieving sales here. Upload regularly, preferably small batches of high quality assets, and add thorough and useful titles and keywords.
