Hi,

I requested a payout on August 8, and it is still pending. (10 days have passed since the withdrawal request).

how long it will take; this is my first withdrawal.

Hi @Asiri Lakmal ,

The information says 10 business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Therefore 10 business days would include two week-ends making it a total of 14 days (plus holidays). The counting starts at the time of the 8th that you submitted the request. Therefore, you should get paid before or on the 22nd of August.
