Adobe Stock Contributor: "You have reached weekly submit limit" after submitting only 1 image

Hello Adobe Stock Team,

I am having a problem with my Adobe Stock Contributor account.

For the last 4 days, I have been receiving the error:

"You have reached weekly submit limit."

Previously, my dashboard showed a weekly submission limit of 51, but now the submission limit is no longer visible.

My account is fully verified. My tax information and payment details have been approved.

My current portfolio status is:

  • 7 accepted files
  • 59 rejected files
  • 15 files currently in review

The problem now occurs even when I try to submit only one image.

I have already tried logging out and back in, using different browsers, using Incognito mode, and waiting several days, but the issue still continues.

Could an Adobe Stock moderator please check my contributor account? It seems there may be a backend submission limit or submission counter issue.

    When you first join, Adobe Stock enforces undisclosed weekly submission limits and maximum caps on pending content. These personal limits depend on your portfolio size, historical approval rate, and sales. Once reached, you must wait for pending assets to be reviewed. 

     

    As your portfolio grows & acceptance rates improve, your submission limits will gradually increase.

    As of right now, you’re costing Adobe money— too many rejections with less than 11% approvals.  I can see why they put the brakes on more submissions. You should have a 51% or higher approval rate. Take a break from uploading to focus on creating commercial quality content and selectively curating your work for Stock.

    • Before you submit, closely inspect your work at 100-300% magnification. Fix all defects.  If it can’t be fixed, discard it from your stack. 
    • Compare your best work with available inventory. Yours should be better than what Stock is selling.
