Adobe Stock Contributor: Your account has been blocked

Question

Hi,

I just received a notification that my account is locked due to violating the terms of use. I have worked very very hard and carefully, I am sure I have not violated any terms.Is there any mistake?

Currently, adobe stock is my main job, and the unreasonably locked account shocked me.

I received an email response with rather general content.

I'm sorry for this, but there is no help that we can provide. Well, do as you get asked to do. I do not know what happened, but you will know if you tried to boost your income or not. We are fellow contributors here, and we have no insight into your account. Adobe will answer your request, but yes, there is a possibility that your account stays locked.
