Hi all,

This year I met the qualification criterias but still haven't received any e-mail with redemption code.

Sorry for my impatience, has anybody received this code? Should I start to worry?

Hi, I am happy to say that finally I have just got the redemption code.

This time there will be NO EMAIL (or at least I had no email) but code appears as a BANNER on your AdobeStock dashboard webpage when you logged in.

There will be a blue stripe on the top saying:

Congratulations! Redeem your Creative Cloud code XXX-XXX-XXX

Activation is pretty much the same as before.

So look more carefully through your dashboards, your redemption code may be wating for you.

I´ve met the qualification criteria too, but no email with code until now (14-march-2020). Already sent some emails to Adobe, support links, live chats, facebook, etc and no one on Adobe was able to solve my problem. Very disappointed with Adobe support...

It's a waiting game. If you qualify, Adobe will send an email to you. (Qualify from Adobe's perspective.)

It takes 6-8 weeks to send out the redemption code, if there are still codes available. Passed those 8 weeks I suggest you use the "Contact us" link at the contributor's footer page to contact Adobe stock.
