Adobe Stock hasn’t sent 1042-S and ignores emails since March

Hi everyone,
I’m a non-US resident and have been trying to get my 1042-S form from Adobe Stock for the 2024 tax year. I’ve emailed adobetax@adobestock.com multiple times since March with no response.

Has anyone else had this issue? Did anyone actually receive their 1042-S from Adobe this year?

Would really appreciate any updates or suggestions 🙏
