Adobe Stock - How to enter a comment for new pictures?

How can I leave a short comment for the Adobe Stock approval team when uploading new material?

There is the possibility to add a title and keywords as well as choosing categories, language etc. - but no option for short comments.

Example:

One picture was uploaded some time ago to Fotolia. Since editing capabilities have improved over time there is now available an improved/ better edited version of the same picture.

When uploading this improved version, I would like to give the hint to the Adobe Stock approval team to delete the previous version. Otherwise they might think I want to upload the same picture twice and could reject the new one.

Thanks for help in advance!

There is not an option to leave a comment for moderation. If you are replacing an existing file with an updated version you must delete the file that is already online BEFORE you submit the updated version. There are no guarantees that the new copy will be approved based on the previous result however so the changes must be critically important before you do this.
