Adobe Stock image is poor quality - I would like it credited back

Hi,

I have tried to find an Adobe Stock library contact in Australia but can not. The AI assistant is not pointing me in the right direction. I have paid for an image on Adobe Stock Library but the downloaded image was very poor quality and I would like it to be refunded, who do I contact to report the image and arrange it be credited back on my account please?

I attached the "High" res images to the post but the asset number is AdobeStock_1055293481
