Adobe Stock Measures to Reduce Spam from Duplicate Content
Hello, dear Adobe,
I have come up with a proposal that you may consider or not.
Anyone who finds it valuable is welcome to share it with the Adobe team if they believe it could be useful and helpful.
To address the issue of spam and repetitive content—particularly from users who upload multiple similar images with minor variations—only 4-5 images from each collection will appear on the main Adobe Stock search results page for any given keyword.
These images will rotate regularly, meaning that today you’ll see one set of 5, and tomorrow a different set will take their place. This ensures that accounts are not penalized for having similar duplicates while giving every contributor a fair chance to be featured on the Adobe Stock search results page.
I'm really interested in whether this concept of mine could be a game changer in keeping spam and duplicate content at bay. Imagine being able to upload a ton of assets, but here’s the twist: not all of them will make it to the main page—only a select handful of images will be spotlighted.
