Adobe Stock Model Release

Question

I have tried multiple times now to get a Model Release sorted for some images I want to upload that contain a model. She gets the model release to sign fine and then when I check on the progress, it says EMAIL BOUNCED.

I've tried contacting support a number of time and just get cut off which is really annoying. I've spent hours trying to get this resolved.

How do I get to chat to an actual person who can check the email address that is being used as the one on my account is correct.

Are you using Adobe Sign?Have your model sign the form and send it directly to your personal email address. You can then upload the JPG from your Contributor panel.
