Do I need a release form if I am filming my own property, for e.g my car? Thanks for your response!

Just because it's your car doesn't mean that supplying a property release will allow you to use images of your car commercially. The logos, trademarks, and any other design IP of the vehicle are protected by the manufacturer, and you would need to get a release from that manufacturer, which is never going to happen...

depending on what you show, you may need multiple releases. For your car, you will probably need releases from the car manufacturer. For your living, you will probably need a release from yourself, as the property owner.

If the car trade mark can be seen you need a release from the manufaturer.

Should I blur the trade mark then?

Not if it's obvious that you blurred it. It's usually best to remove it entirely.

Yes. The moderators have no way of knowing that it's your car. But if logos are present, you still might get an IP refusal unless it is something that can be submitted under Editorial.
