It's a good idea to submit timely images 4 to 6 months in advance. Creators may already be creating assets for Memorial Day in May. Otherwise, just wait til' next year. Holidays come around once a year. 🙂

Adobe Moderators approve approximately 2 million assets every week, and I suppose in order to net that quantity of approved images, they may be reviewing closer to 3 million. Keep in mind the wait time of up to 8 weeks, and factor that into your submission schedule, and your assets will be available to sellers for licensing before any holidays or events.

Okay sure. But a few months ago it took a couple of days for assets to be reviewed ...tops. Now it is months. Hence peoples confusion. I supose what they mean is if we don´t like it we can always go to other platforms...which is fair.

Indeed, assets were getting reviewed quickly as recently as a month or so ago; there's no explanation for the change, but I have confidence that everything will get reviewed eventually.

Adobe stock moderators are working as hard as they can. There are huge numbers of assets submitted each day, and there are huge numbers of assets moderated each day. You need to adapt your submission policy accordingly. You need to know that Adobe needs between 24 h and 2 months to moderate assets. So it is good practice to start early and to submit each day one picture or 2, so that some of your assets will hit the market just in time.
