Question

Adobe Stock submission limit reached with only 1 file pending

Hello Adobe Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my Adobe Stock Contributor account.

My account displays the following message:

"Submission limit reached. Either you have too much content pending moderation, or you've submitted the maximum weekly limit. You'll be able to submit more once pending items are moderated or your limit resets."

I currently have only 1 file pending review, and my weekly submission limit should have reset today.

Today I uploaded 39 images, but only 3 images were submitted. After that, the Submit button became disabled, and I started receiving the submission limit message.

I have checked that my files have titles, categories, and keywords, so the issue does not appear to be related to missing metadata.

I have also attached a screenshot showing that 36 files are ready to submit, but the Submit button is disabled because of the submission limit message.

Could an Adobe employee please check whether there is an issue with my account or whether my submission limit has been applied incorrectly?

Thank you for your assistance.

Weekly limits reset every 8 days.

Maximum limits reset when pending files have been reviewed.

As your sales history & approval rates go up over time, your submission limits gradually increase.

Focus less on quantity & more on high-quality assets.

    Wait for feedback.

Slow & steady is the best approach.

No one from Adobe will reply to your message. Everyone here is a contributor like yourself.

I noticed that your screen shot has your images categorized as illustrations, these are AI assets right?

That alone is a big problem you are having. Also, everyone has submission limits, more sales and fewer rejections increase those limits. And, keep in mind Adobe is also rejecting a vast amount of AI material, and no one knows when that will end. If that’s all you are creating, my advice is that you find other stock agencies specializing in AI, make sure you are properly labeling your assets as AI, and to be patient with the submissions limit and wait for Adobe’s decision.

    Good Luck!
