Adobe stock team didn't respond in my any mail. After My Contributor Account Blocked

My contributor account is blocked due to TOU. and still block I'm too many time trying to connect with adobe stock team about my contributor account but I didn't receive any mail from adobe stock team so Please is any one know I should I connect with them directly. In October I earned my highest earning ever in adobe stock journey almost 92 Dollars but Due TERM OF USE issue my contributor account is still blocked. They give me one way to contact with them but never ever I get any response from adobe stock, PLEASE Somebody Help Me 😭😭😭

Was your account restored? How long did it take? Was any action required in your part to get your account re-opened? Just asking because many other contributors come here to ask the same questions.


One By one I answer 1st answer NO, My contributor account not restored, It Permanently Closed 2nd my contributor account blocked on 18 October 2023 and today I received mail that is contributor account is terminated 28 November 2023 So It took 40 Days. 3rd answer now you know account is terminated 😟😟. Hope this answers may help others contributor.

So you submitted work that you don't own.  And someone filed an infringement complaint.  That's a serious legal matter.  Unfortunately, unless you can prove you own the assets, Adobe can't invite you back. 

 

If you believe the infringement complaint was filed in error, you can file a DMCA counter claim using Adobe's online form.  See more details below.  Scroll down to Counter Notices and Objections.  Also, you may wish to speak with an attorney.

I hope you sort this out.  But if you can't, at least you understand why Adobe can't invite you back.

You did receive a n email, informing you that you are suspected of using media that does not belong to you. You were also requested to contact contributor-support and to state your case. Did you do that? If so, and you are the owner of your material, your account and earnings will be unfrozen pending the outcome of proofing your statement.

If you are found to have used media that does not belong to you, I would expect that your account remain permanently closed and your unpaid earnings will remain frozen.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

From your post I assume you have clicked the contact link to request more details. If so, it's all you can do. We are contributors like yourself and there is nothing we can do to be of assistance. You need to wait for a response. Do not send emails. Only use the link Adobe provided. Do not spam Adobe. Wait and be patient.
