@luckyhelen,

Sorry to say it is not possible to share video files. Only images can be shared to Adobe Portfolio.

If you wish, you can submit a feature request to the Portfolio Support Team.  If it's viable and enough other people ask for it, they might add it in the future.

Hi @luckyhelen,

There could be a number of reasons for that. You could be having an Internet issue that hinder the update of the portfolio.

You might not have clicked to update portfolio when you add files.

Or your computer resource might be limited and so, even though they are there they do not show.

The portfolio utilizes vast amount of memory resource and if your files are large there will be even more demand on the limited resource. If you use a laptop especially one without graphic card, you might run out of resource due to vast amount of activity on the device vs available memory and hard drive available space. This will also cause your virtual resource to utilize. If you are using a desktop, depending on the size memory (RAM and graphic) installed , the amount of free hard drive, and the amount of activity on your desktop (including background activities) your resource might be limited.

Those are the only explanations I can come up with based on my experience using Adobe Pt.

Best wishes

Jacquelin
