Adobe tax doesn't answer

Hello, everyone, I would like to get document about my withholdings for my tax papers, but 

 adobetax@adobe.com  simply ignores my emails, if anyone has any expericnce how to contact them and get the answer ??

 This is from tax FAQ I wnat to get :

Because of a special agreement we have with the IRS, we don't issue 1042-S forms separately to each Contributor. However, we can provide a signed document that includes earnings and amount of withholding if you email us a request at adobetax@adobe.com
