Hello,
 
I've received a message about blocking my AdobeStock account.
 
I'm convinced it has to be an error or misconception.
 
What needs to be done for the account to be unlocked, as I put in a lot of hard work and diligence to reach the current level during all those years?

How long thas it takes to support to answer?

Accounts are usually blocked based on suspicious activity or noncompliance.

Your response to thier message will be reviewed and your account will be reactivated or remain deactivated.

You have to wait for the review. There are no published guidelines as to how long it may take.

I suppose you used the contact form on the message that your account has been blocked? Watch your spam folder, Adobe answers by e-mail. The initial response is quite rapid, the follow-up investigation may take time.

You need to be patient. I would wait 5 working days and if no answer arrives, retry the contact.

 

It can take more than a month for getting to a final decision, but normally, Adobe tells you rather quickly, what the issue is:

  • spamming the moderation queue
  • submitting other ones work
  • suspicious sales
  • ...
