AdobeStock account has been deactivated for over 2 months! AI replies and congratulations...
Hello Adobe Community,
I am writing here out of both frustration and hope.
My Adobe Stock Membership Account was deactivated over 2 months ago, presumably for violating Adobe's Terms of Service, there was a generic email from the AI with a generic list of things I could have violated - take your pick, without any reference or familiarity, /template/ and a link to file an appeal. I filed an appeal the same day and have contacted several times, but have still not received a clear answer or decision. Only a generic "we are investigating" response from the same AI /no specifics and template, a couple of responses and they are absolutely identical to the letter!/.
My portfolio consisted exclusively of hand-drawn or manipulated vector illustrations, "vector work only, about 8000 and about 2 years of work" some of which used AI tools in the early stages of sketching - but all of them were hand-vectorized, detailed and created with real effort. However, Adobe has never confirmed what exactly led to the deactivation.
To make matters even more confusing:
I recently received an email congratulating me on a free Creative Cloud membership as a reward for my achievements in 2024 and this is for a deactivated member, is this some kind of specific Adobe humor!?
The other day, I received another email saying that one "1" of my assets was removed after a second review of some kind, but my entire portfolio is inaccessible even to me, and all the content seems to be deleted or hidden...
I can't even log into my member account - it just says "Your account has been deactivated. Check your email or contact us."
So my questions are:
- Why is Adobe still reviewing or removing assets from a portfolio that has been deactivated for over two months?
- Why send rewards to a member whose account has been deactivated?
- Is my content still stored somewhere inside or has it already been removed?
- Most importantly, how long do I have to wait for an actual response?
I am a dedicated member who truly values the Adobe Stock platform and wants to resolve this issue properly. But the complete lack of transparency coupled with these conflicting messages leaves me completely confused.
If anyone from the community or Adobe staff sees this and can provide clarity, advice, or even just an appreciation, it would mean a lot.
Thanks
