when I try to search on adobe stock, to see the most recently generated AI photo, it just shows me 23 images
. I saw millions of photos on other YouTube channels, is that normal? That adobe stock doesn't give me enough reference?

No it won't affect your ability to upload; but it will affect the countries in which your images are displayed to Buyers. There are just a few countries which images are restricted.
