adobetax@adobe.com - no reply for earnings/witholdings statements for 2019 and 2020

Hello,

I'm trying to get earnings/witholdings statements since February ( with attemps in April and May).

Meanwhile I tried contact via contributor service/Contact us, fortunatly ticket was open and I asked statements for three years (2019, 2020 and 2022). Adobetax finaly responded with statement (just as i was looking for, with EIN included) but only for 2022.
- I asked can I get for all three years?
Received generic mail with "In case your question or concern is still unresolved..."

- Replied: Yes, it is unresolved. I'm asking for 2019 and 2020...
Recived mail from contributor service that ticket is closed and case is resolved

- It's not resolved. I asked for 3 years and got just 1...gave them "bad service" star, but in vain.

After that I keep asking for that statements via email adobetax@adobe.com and contributor service as well but without answer.

I can understand that they have not enough time sometimes, but this is very disrespectful ignoring.

Or are there some problems with that specific years I am asking for?

I also requested the 2024 income and tax form 1042-S. but have not heard back from them. how long does it take for them to respond to you.

It takes some time as many contributors are requesting this.

I'm no tax expert. But did you earn enough Adobe Stock royalties for those years to merit reporting?

Thanks, earnings amount is not the problem, I'm doing it for a years. As non-US I need 1042S form, but Adobe letter statement is ok when i am lucky enough to get it.

Adobe tax is slow to respond. You should be prepared for this and ask your papers well in advance of any deadline.

Contributor support (is that Contributor service) does not handle your tax requests. You should, I think, do one demand for each year?
