AI Content: Countries, cities, mountains and so on in promts, titles and keywords

Hey guys,

Please can you tell me your thoughts about this.

If i upload some AI Generated content:

1. Can i use Country, city, state or region in promts, titles and keywords?

2. Can i use some mountain names and so on? Like Alps, Himalayan, Everest?

Is it some famous place and I'm not allowed to use it or not?

Because if to go this way our planet Earth also famous place 🙂

I don't want to violate the rules and don't want to have any problem with my account.

I have so many Vector works from many years and I'm a bit nervous about AI Generated conent dos and don'ts.

Will be awesome if someone from Adobe managers reply and make this situation more clear.

What is prohibited is misrepresenting the contents of your image. If it says "Everest" it needs to look exactly like Everest. Buyers do not want to waste their time sifting through inaccurate images. If they want to use an image of Everest in their designs, they don't want to see random similar mountains...

You might consider keywords like conceptual, rendition, likeness, smiliar, representation, etc. But by all means, if it's not really "Everest" or whatever, it shouldn't be called that. Because it's not. 🙂

In the prompts you can use (nearly) what you want. City names are not IP protected so basically, you can use them. But you can't use them when there is no relation on the image with the keywords. You can use general descriptions.

Thank you 🙂 SO i hope keywords and titles like Everest and so on are not prohibited.

No, not prohibited, but it may be misleading. It's for you to judge, and sporadically, for the buyers.

Yes, you can use place names in your Generative AI prompts. Just be careful when you add titles and keywords to the resultant images that they accurately represent the place so that Buyers aren't mislead.

In the prompts you can use anything you want. Objects in the submitted image may be restricted. Read the guidelines where you will find info on restricted objects.
