AI & EPS Vector Upload Outage - Timeline Update?

Hi Adobe Support Team,

For the past two weeks, there has been a banner notification on the Contributor Portal stating that AI and EPS uploads are temporarily unavailable.

Since the Contact Support form is currently returning a submission error as well, I am posting here to ask if there is an official update or estimated timeline on when vector file uploads will be restored?

      Finding these kinds of errors are time consuming with unpredictable timeline. Therefore, most likely, we will not get a timeline regarding when the ability to upload EPS and AI will be restored. As soon as there is a resolution, the banner will be removed. In the mean time you can save and upload your files in SVG format.

      No word yet on when it will be fixed.

      But since PNG file uploads are also throwing errors, it’s likely that Adobe is working on the Upload Module.

      Word has it that pngs are working fine now.

        You won’t receive a reply from Adobe here. There is no published timeline for fixing the issue, and I’ve never known Adobe to issue such forecasts.

        There is no official announcement from Adobe when the issue will be fixed.
