AI generated account validation issue

I've been contributing for 2 years uploaded vector files. 2 to 3 months I decided to try uploading AI generated photos aswell. I tried something new but broke the rules and my account got blocked. I emailed to say sorry and fix things, but no reply. My account now shows a problem. I want to fix it by checking my stuff and removing wrong things when I can. I promise to follow rules better. I'm asking for help to get my account back so I can keep sharing my work. Thanks for listening.

Adobe is blocking many accounts right now for further investigation so it will take some time for the investigation to be completed. It may take days or even weeks to receive a reply. Meanwhile don't send repeated messages as this will further clog their contributor system and possibly cause further delays.
