What's exact requirement of ai generated PNG images as my ( almost ) all PNG uploads got rejected

PNG are typically used for images with a transparent background. If these are photos that you sent in png this may be the reason for your rejections, in this case they should be in jpg.

Zoom in and inspect carefully. You have leaves that aren't connected to stems and other drawing errors.
