AI generated popular places

Hello everybody!

Do I understand correctly that I can safely generate natural places and attractions using AI, such as Mount Fuji, the Grand Canyon, the Matterhorn, Alps, etc. This will not be followed by a ban from Adobe, because there are no copyright violations here?
And I can also generate places in cities if I am sure that they are not copyrighted? Like the Eiffel Tower without lights and the Statue of Liberty

You can use those place names in your prompts; however don't use them in the keywords or titles unless the resulting AI image actually looks like the place. Adobe doesn't want you to mislead the Buyers with falsely labeled assets.

You can use any prompt that will give you any picture, but you will need to be careful how to advertise your assets, as you should not be misleading in your indications. AI will not reproduce an exact picture of what you enter as a prompt. So if you give “Paris” as a prompt, you will get something that looks like Paris, but isn't Paris. You should probably concentrate on other things that aren't as iconic, as a false Eiffel Tower won't attract happy buyers.

You can certainly use words like Mount Fuji, the Grand Canyon, etc., in your prompts, but the results will the a "Frankenstein" version of hundreds or thousand of images of those places as well as other sources. So I would think it would be disingenuous to label by keyword or title an AI version the Alps as...the Alps. This could confuse a buyer, even if properly labeled as generative AI.
