No. You need exclusive copyright ownership to the AI content you create for Stock.

    Canva doesn’t provide that.

Use another paid service like a Midjourney Pro Plan that gives you Stealth access to keep your GenAI content & prompts out of public view.

It costs more for hi-res Midjourney assets on a Pro Plan so budget accordingly.

    Hope that helps.

    hey @Shan junaid

    Based on what Google Says
Key Commercial Rules for Canva Videos

    • Ownership: You generally own the output (videos) generated by Canva's AI (Magic Media), but you may not have exclusive rights, meaning others might generate similar content.
    • Modifications Needed: You cannot sell or distribute raw stock footage or raw AI-generated clips on a standalone basis. You must create a "unique composition" by combining them with other elements (text, audio, other videos, etc.).
    • Pro vs. Free: Canva Pro offers greater flexibility, but both free and Pro assets can be used for commercial purposes (marketing, social media, ads) as long as they are part of a larger design.
    • Music Restrictions: While you can use Canva’s music library in social media videos (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), it is not permitted to use Canva music in paid television ads, traditional radio, or cinema commercials.
    • Content Types: Do not use AI to generate videos that depict famous brands, characters, or real people, as this can violate intellectual property rights.

Specific AI Video (Magic Media) Usage

    • Safety Measures: Canva employs "Canva Shield" and automated reviews to ensure AI-generated content is safe for commercial use, though you are responsible for reviewing final outputs.

    • Rights: While you can use AI videos for commercial projects, in many jurisdictions, AI-generated work may not receive copyright protection.

      Important "Don'ts"
    • Don't use Canva Education accounts for commercial work (they are strictly for non-commercial educational purposes).
    • Don't use "Editorial Use Only" content for commercial or advertising purposes.
    • Don't create a trademark using Canva's pre-made logos or elements.
