AI image and real woman

Hello!
Please tell me, if I generated an AI image of a landscape (in a third-party program with permission for commercial use) and inserted an image of a girl (my author's photo with model release) into it using Photoshop, do I need to attach the old model release (the photo was taken about 15 years ago) or do I need to sign a new release?

There is also another question: For example, I generated an image of a bar counter with a glass of beer and it seemed to me not very high quality (incorrect), I took a photo of a new glass and inserted it instead of the generated one, then how can I upload such an image for sale? As an AI (with two check marks, in which I indicate that the object is AI), or with one check mark? Or is it possible in this case not to indicate the AI?

if an image started out as AI, and you added other non-AI elements, it's still AI.

If the model realease is correct, you can use the old one.

Any asset where a certain amount of important elements are generative AI, you will need to mark the composed image as generative AI. In the rules, you read that only if you use generative AI for minor image manipulations, you can omit the generative AI flag. If in doubt, use the flag.
