AI Image Rejected: Need Feedback on Quality Issues

This forum is unusable. The image viewer is broken & it keeps timing out during replies. 

Upscaling bad pixels just creates more bad pixels.

For best results, start with edited hi-resolution images if possible, from which all unwanted artifacts & errors have been removed. 

Use a paid upscaler & don't overdo it.  Perform a few test runs at different settings until you get good results.
