Look closely at the hands and the buttons on his shirt. His face also has a plastic-like texture. It's too smooth.

How to improve this?

View your assets at 100-200% before submitting. Inspect them from corner to corner. Check hands in particular. To correct the plastic facial features that can happen with some AI programs, you might need to look into enhancement software (although this would be an additional expense; Magnific is one, but it's not cheap). Your samples all appear to be portraits. That's fine, except that they should actually be doing something besides posing for the "camera."
