AI images I post as "Illustration" are later relabeled as "Photos" after approval

Anyone has this happened to them? For the past 3 days a few AI that I uploaded as Illustration (as all AI have to be) I later find out relableled as Photos. First time it happened I thought maybe it was my oversight, so I paid attention the next batch I made sure to label them as Illustration. Then upon approval, a few images were on my Photo collection again.. I don't want in the future get in trouble with Adobe for misleading the customers when it's their fault in the first place. (Although AI images relabeled as Photos look like ones, and are high quality so I'm fine with it as long as Adobe is good with it) Is this a common issue? It has never happened to me until this past week.

According to the old rules, all generative AI needed to be illustrations. But today (since some time), those generative AI, which are photorealistic should be labelled as photo.

If submitted AI images look like "real" photos, label them as "Photos". It's a rule.

You mislead no one if you label your photorealistic submitted AI asset as a "photograph". The main thing is that you should label your submissions as "Created using generative AI tools".

Generally I can say that I myself have faced this situation with relabelling the assets and I don't consider it as an issue / problem. And yes, it started a week ago or so. I think a moderator corrects this during review. I'm absolutely ok with this and see no reason for worrying.

The initial rules stated that all generative AI need to be labelled as illustrations. This rule has been changed however for some time now. Today's recommendations can be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/generative-ai-content.html

If the relabeled assets actually look like photos, you're fine. Photorealistic AI can be labeled as Photographs. As to WHY the assets are being relabeled, that's a mystery.

Yes. All those assets are photorealistic and heavily curated by me so can easily pass as Photos honestly. But I'm curious too about the relabeling, or if that's some glitch from Adobe since there's no official news on any changes 🤔 🤔
