AI Images in review for 5+ months

Hey guys.

As title says, I have 501 images in review, a small chunk of them have been in there for 5+ months. I have read every article and contributor concern regarding this topic on this forum but I am posting this as I would like deeper insights into my own account.

Last month I received the "Account Validation" ban. Seems like along with me there were many other accounts that had submitted AI images that got that ban during the same time. I reached out to suport, did not receive any particular answer apart from that I have infringed IP rights and that my account shall remain blocked till further notice. Any replies to that support executive resulted in no response (I was genuinely curious to know which pictures I uploaded infringed IP rights as I wanted to avoid doing that in the future with any set of images).
I moved on to other platforms and unchecked Adobe Stock from my FTP service and figured that there wasn't any way to get anyone to see my case. Then after a few weeks, I received the daily purchase summary email which seemed odd since I was banned, I opened my account and turns out it was unbanned on its own (not going to question how or why, just going along with it at this point).
I thought the accusations of infringement of IP rights was a huge and important claim from Adobe's side, and that if I did actually do it (albeit involuntarily), I was ready to accept my fate of never receiving my account back and forfeiting the sale revenue made herewith.

I know bringing up reviewing time for AI images seems to be a recurring topic here and many people seem to overlook the amount of AI images that need moderation from the small team, and I am the last person to touch topics again once cleared, but having only 2 chances to upload images throughout the year, along with a ban where I wasnt made aware of the exact reason for, then later automatically cleared like nothing happened and like it shouldn't affect my workflow, seems a bit unusual. It makes me wonder whether there is something wrong with my profile (apart from not going the conventional route of Stock Photography and instead using AI Images as I understand how that affects the creative process many cherish and how varying the feelings of people towards the topic are) in a deeper sense that only people like Mat could help me out with, hence I am turning to the forums.

Again, I would like to iterate, lest brought up later on : I have gone through every post regarding long review times and have understood the process and time it can take the moderators due to the high influx of AI images and in no way am I demanding a quicker review time personally. I just need to know whether my account has been shadow banned in a sense, or if there is an issue which is causing my images (501 currently) to not be processed for over 150 days. In my previous post regarding this (when the 5+ months were 3+ months), I was asked to not spread misinformation and exaggerate my claim of my images not being reviewed for close to a hundred days, as Mat had said earlier. Although that was not my intention, obviosuly, it certainly has been more than 150+ days (oldest submitted image was april 27 according to Mat) at the time of me writing this.

If there is anything wrong from my end, which I'm sure there is and someone will point it out, I would love to know the solution, even if it means someone reiterating that I just have to wait again, or that the IP infringement ban situation would make my assets get reviewed later due to whatever underlying reason. Much appreciated, thanks for the read. Still keeping hope, as it is my name for a reason. ❤️

The time shown is the upload time, not the submission time. According to Mat Hayward, the moderation waiting time is around 2 months max.

If you have doubts that there is a technical glitch (which happens) submit a request with Adobe contributor support: Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

I would also like to mention that although the account is unblocked, I am not receiving any sales anymore. Last sale I had was 5/5, and I would like to put forward that it seems that it was an unusually high amount of money on the last sale : $11. This has just come to my attention as I just checked out the activity.

I have read up about common scams using fraudulent credit cards that scammers use on adobe stock as a means to convert fraud money into actual money by reeling in contributors into their scam by making contact with them via social media etc, to receive payments in large sums and then telling them to pay them half the money back using 3rd party sites. I have obviously in no way made contact with these kinds of scammers and nor do I wish to. I am willing to prove my innocence as well by any means necessary IF this is the case ( Before the ban, I had not received any amount per sale above ~3 USD as per my best knowledge. This really smells fishy to me)

There is no way for a buyer to contact a contributor and no way for a contributor to contact a buyer.

Contact information is not made public unless the contributor uses his or her real name on their public profile. Even then, the buyer would have to do some Googling.

I suppose that moderation of your assets was suspended during the time that your account was blocked. Perhaps a ban even caused your assets to go to the end of the queue. We don't know Adobe's internal procedures, so this is just conjecture. There really is no way for other Contributors to know what was wrong with your account and your submissions. Your account was obviously not "unbanned on its own". Someone at Adobe had to take a specific action to both block and unblock your account. To the best of my knowledge, having been an active participant both here in the Forum and in the Discord channel, there is no such thing as a shadow ban. If your account is now active again, you should review titles and keywords on every single approved and pending asset. Adobe takes IP violations very seriously, and if they encounter another violation on your account, the ban could become permanent.
