Question

AI rejection

I submitted an image of Vestrahorn in Iceland from my vacation and it was rejected for AI content. I used Topaz denoise, and you can denoise in PS, but there was absolutely no AI generation involved in this image.  What to do?

Yes, it's really a nice asset, but I suspect that the AI refusal is a moderator error. We are seeing that recently, as Adobe has added the “Missing AI flag” refusal. You have overdone the sharpening, and as such probably introduced artefacts.

An example:

Check also the waves.

I suggest, you go back to the editing and refine this to avoid the artefacts. It would be a shame not to have this asset in the database.

That's a beautiful image! I would not have assumed that it was made with a Gen AI tool.

Thankyou. It wasn't. I was shocked!

Nice image.  So much of what Stock receives is Generative AI.  I think reviewers are hard pressed to know for sure.

They check boxes on a generic refusal form.  Sometimes they check the wrong box.

This has been happening to others as well and, presently, we are at a loss as to why. We've been suggesting that you try resubitting with a Property Release to verfify that it is an original work created by you and not AI.

yes, after I flipped out I saw that it has happened to others too. I was just taken aback when I was accused of not tagging it when it wasn't even AI. And I did resubmit, thanks.
