Question

All approved assets return "Page Not Found" (404) when clicked, even though they are visible in my public contributor portfolio.

Hello everyone,

I am a new Adobe Stock Contributor and I am experiencing a strange issue.

My contributor profile is public and all my approved assets appear as thumbnails in my portfolio.

However, whenever I click any approved asset, the asset page returns "Page Not Found" (404).

This happens for every approved asset.

I have already:

Cleared browser cache and cookies.

Tested in Chrome, Firefox, Edge.

Tested in Incognito mode.

Tested on different devices.

The result is always the same.

Example File ID: 2078384078

Adobe Contributor Support confirmed that my profile is visible, but the issue with the asset pages still exists.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m having the same issue too. Is yours solved ? Did you try contacting Adobe’s Support?

If I click on an image detail link, eg: File #: 2177385439 , it will go to 404 page.

On mobile phone, it is also going to 404 page.

Very old approved photos are also having same issue.

No problems for me in California, USA.

Try changing the country code to an unrestricted region like Canada:

Thanks. If I use Canada VPN, then I can view the image.

But, If my own region (Malaysia) cannot view the image, does this mean the local business cannot find my photos ?

This is concerning because I have some assets that are based on my country’s cultures and lifestyle.🤔

When I try to open it in a new tab, it doesn't open. Also, the links I share on Pinterest don't open either. It's been like this for a long time.

Use a browser that doesn’t have script blockers or VPN enabled.
