All images from fotolia account transfer are broken

I moved my Fotolia account to abode stock long time ago and didn't touch it. I was inactive you could say - meaning I didn't add new images. 

Now I wanted to check back in and all pictures were rejected. But they don't even show. It has the broken image thumbnail icon. 

What can I do now? Are the images still with Fotolia somewhere to be restored? Since the oldest are approx. 8 years old I might not even have the originals still.
